Cryogenic valves test and inspection

The main parts of cryogenic valves for cryogenic processing and low temperature impact test for each batch of samples to ensure that the valve is not brittle at low temperature operating conditions, and can withstand the impact of the cryogenic medium.

For each valve the following experiment:

1.Shell strength test at room temperature；

2.Room temperature, low pressure seal test；

3.Room temperature, low pressure seal test；

4.Low-temperature seal tightness test (with the upper seal)；
